Zambia is experiencing economic growth but without a proportional reduction in poverty, which remains greater than 70 percent. With the 3-2-1 Service — known locally as The 667 Service, Zambians have access to free, on-demand content on Nutrition, Agriculture, and Gender-Based Violence Prevention.
Three national languages are supported in Zambia: Bemba, English, and Nyanja.
The 667 Service launched in 2017 with IVR, SMS, and USSD channels.
